Sticky Balsamic Pearls have a tart liquid balsamic centre, made from our multi-medal winning balsamic range, with a tasteless, edible seaweed casing. This means you experience a delightful "pop" when eating them, along with a spectacular taste and you get to enjoy beautiful food presentation.

What Is The Best Way To Use Sticky Balsamic Pearls?
We tend to use Sticky Balsamic Pearls as a garnish with many foods (and you’ll see some pictures below showing a few ideas - some photos are ours, others are by people like you! One of the things we particularly love is that you never know just quite how many pearls you are having, and so the pops of flavour are different each time. This means that sometimes you will have more of a flavour burst, and other times it will not be as strong. But do bear in mind, these pearls, although they are small, really do pack a flavour punch!
