CONSISTENTLY GREAT QUALITY

If it were societally correct to go into ecstasy about Balsamic Vinegar - without people thinking I had taken leave of my senses - that is what I would do. Suffice it to say that it is the crowning glory on whatever I produce and is always a hit with guests around my dinner table. Most of them have never heard of it and think Balsamic is what is served with Olive Oil and Bread in Italian Restaurants. Many confuse the Pearls with Roe or Caviar and are delighted when they explode in their mouths. Otherwise - not much to say :-)

Best balsamic vinegar going around
