If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must contain more than 90% of the item that you received within the jar/bottle, and in good condition. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Love It Guarantee
Sticky Balsamic offers a Love It Guarantee (within Australia) which is specifically regarding the usage of the products. If you determine you do not love it, let us know via email at office@stickybalsamic.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item and we will refund the purchase price of the item once it has been received by us at the address below. Information which must be contained within the email communication and confirmed once received includes:
- proof of purchase;
- proof that the majority of the product remains within the jar or bottle; and
- confirmation that shipping of the product back to Sticky Balsamic is at the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the number of days specified by the return payment method, which is typically dependent on your payment method's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect Product Sent
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at office@stickybalsamic.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Sticky Balsamic will replace the product at no additional cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, accept returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
