Sticky Balsamic aims to send your order within 1 business day of it being received. At busy times of the year or due to short term staffing issues, it may take longer to send your order.

Sticky Balsamic utilises the services of several couriers as well as Australia Post for Australian deliveries. Unfortunately once your order has been sent Sticky Balsamic has no control over the treatment of parcels or delivery times. This can lead to frustration on your behalf as well as ours. If your order does not arrive within your expected timeframe, please check the tracking information provided (if you have not received it, please check your spam folder). If this does not resolve your query, please reply to the email and let us know the details you are wishing to identify and we will do our best to get back to you with an update.
