Easter Sunday Roast Perfection: Balsamic-Glazed Leg of Lamb

Recipe (Serves 6-8):
• 2kg leg of lamb
• 4 garlic cloves, sliced
• 2 rosemary sprigs
• 1/2 cup Sticky Balsamic Original (Honey or Premium Fig would also be beautiful! Simply omit the honey)
• 2 tbsp honey
• Sea salt & pepper
• Root vegetables for roasting
The Perfect Glaze:
- Mix Sticky Balsamic with honey
- Brush over lamb every 20 mins while roasting
- Final glaze creates a stunning mahogany finish
Cooking Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Insert garlic & rosemary into lamb
- Season generously
- Roast for 1.5 hours for medium
- Rest for 20 mins before serving
- Serve with extra balsamic mix to use as a gravy over the meat and vegetables.
