Easter Sunday Roast Perfection: Balsamic-Glazed Leg of Lamb

Make your Easter feast unforgettable with our signature roast recipe featuring Sticky Balsamic vinegar.

Recipe (Serves 6-8):

• 2kg leg of lamb
• 4 garlic cloves, sliced
• 2 rosemary sprigs
• 1/2 cup Sticky Balsamic Original (Honey or Premium Fig would also be beautiful! Simply omit the honey) 
• 2 tbsp honey
• Sea salt & pepper
• Root vegetables for roasting

The Perfect Glaze:

  1. Mix Sticky Balsamic with honey
  2. Brush over lamb every 20 mins while roasting
  3. Final glaze creates a stunning mahogany finish

Cooking Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Insert garlic & rosemary into lamb
  3. Season generously
  4. Roast for 1.5 hours for medium
  5. Rest for 20 mins before serving
  6. Serve with extra balsamic mix to use as a gravy over the meat and vegetables.
