Your delicious Sticky Balsamic is made from grapes, fruit and a bit of sugar. Three simple ingredients! This is the base of the pearls as well.
Sticky Balsamic Pearls are liquid balsamic on the inside, and a tasteless, edible seaweed on the outside. They are designed to burst in your mouth when you eat them providing a briliantly spectacular look as well as flavour experience.

Sticky Balsamic bottles are meant for your pantry, not the fridge! Please store at room temperature.
Sticky Balsamic Pearls are perfectly fine at room temperature. Once they are opened please keep them in the refrigerator.
Sticky Balsamic bottles will be fine from when they are opened.
Please keep your Sticky Balsamic Pearls in the refrigerator once opened and use within 2 weeks (which is not hard to do at all! They are delicious!).
My local grocer used to stock this and now they stock a far inferior one, so I went on line and found them, can’t recommend this beautiful sticky balsamic vinegar enough, also bought the fig one, as yet I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m sure it’s going to become another favourite.
