Succulent Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Sticky Balsamic Original

Full Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts (about 800g/1.75 lbs)
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Sticky Balsamic Original 250ml
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) honey
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme
  3. Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Sear chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden
  5. Mix Sticky Balsamic Original with honey and garlic
  6. Brush glaze over chicken, reserve remaining glaze
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F)
  8. Brush with remaining glaze and broil 2-3 minutes for caramelization
  9. Rest 5 minutes before serving, garnish with fresh rosemary
