Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts (about 800g/1.75 lbs)
- 60ml (1/4 cup) Sticky Balsamic Original 250ml
- 30ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme
- Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat
- Sear chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden
- Mix Sticky Balsamic Original with honey and garlic
- Brush glaze over chicken, reserve remaining glaze
- Bake 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F)
- Brush with remaining glaze and broil 2-3 minutes for caramelization
- Rest 5 minutes before serving, garnish with fresh rosemary
