Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone and Balsamic Pearls: The Perfect Summer Dessert

Grilled peach halves topped with mascarpone cream and dark balsamic pearls arranged on a white plate, garnished with fresh herbs

Serves 4 | Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 8 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large ripe peaches, halved and pitted (you could also use apricots)
  • 200g mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tbsp Sticky Balsamic Original Pearls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional: chopped pistachios or almonds

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Prep the Peaches: Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.

3. Make Mascarpone Cream: In a bowl, gently fold together mascarpone, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.

4. Grill the Peaches: Place peach halves cut-side down on grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes until beautiful grill marks appear. Flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes until tender and caramelized.

5. Plate and Garnish: Arrange grilled peaches on serving plates. Add a dollop of mascarpone cream to the center of each peach half.

6. The Star Moment: Generously scatter Sticky Balsamic Original Pearls over and around the peaches - they provide incredible bursts of sweet-tangy flavor that complement the caramelized fruit perfectly!

7. Final Touch: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately while peaches are still warm.

Why This Combination Works: The natural sweetness of grilled peaches pairs beautifully with the rich creaminess of mascarpone, while our balsamic pearls add sophisticated flavor bursts that elevate this simple dessert into restaurant-quality elegance.
