Yes. Sticky Balsamic Pearls, like natural pearls in the wild, do come in all shapes and sizes. We make them in small batches and they vary in size. At the moment they are bigger than in some of the photos. They are all delicious to eat!
There are definitely pearls in there! The pearls are in the same balsamic vinegar and are the same colour as the balsamic, hence it can be really difficult to see them. We encourage you to open them and have a look, as we are confident they are in there! The jars are 110g net, and there are actually 95g of pearls with a total of 135g contents, so you’re definitely getting a happy bonus! Please use the balsamic they are stored in as well!

We’re doing our best to get to every stockist to talk with them about the pearls and trying to get them in to every one on our incredible list. Most are choosing to have them in store which is fantastic! If you want Pearls in your local stockist, please ask them to get them in for you. If they have Sticky Balsamic bottles, it is really easy for them to get the Pearls in too.

Yes! The lids on the Pearls jars are not designed to pop, so they are all good to go!
Sticky Balsamic Pearls are each a drip. We drip a balsamic mixture into the tasteless, edible seaweed and the casing solidifies around the balsamic. It then goes through a waterfall system, then we wash them and jar them for you to enjoy!

Yes, Sticky Balsamic is proudly made by our family business in regional Victoria. We make Sticky Balsamic ourselves, and will always do so. This is how we can ensure only the best, highest quality and tastiest product reaches you.
Sticky Balsamic has also been awarded the highest 3 Star rating by Australian Owned - an organisation who looks at several aspects of businesses to ensure that only Australian businesses receive an Australian Owned certification.
Sticky Balsamic entered only the Australian Food Awards first, and we were blown away by how the judges responded to the few products we entered. The next year, we entered our products in the Australian Food Awards, Sydney Fine Food Awards, and Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, and again were astounded by the positive response to Sticky Balsamic by the judges. We have continued to do this with similar results. During 2020 and 2021 many of the awards competitions have not run due to COVID (and being in Victoria, we understand why!). Things are hopefully getting back to normal for 2022 and so we hope to see competitions resume too.
