Citrus-Glazed Salmon with Sticky Balsamic Pearls

Perfect for your Easter feast - this dish combines the richness of fresh salmon with the bright pop of Sticky Balsamic Pearls.

Recipe (Serves 4):

• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 jar Sticky Balsamic Pearls (we used Lemon Pearls. Pomegranate would be great if you like more tartness)
• Fresh dill
• Sea salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper & lemon zest
  2. Pan-sear in olive oil, 4 mins each side
  3. Garnish with fresh dill
  4. Top with Sticky Balsamic Pearls
