Recipe (Serves 4):
• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 jar Sticky Balsamic Pearls (we used Lemon Pearls. Pomegranate would be great if you like more tartness)
• Fresh dill
• Sea salt & pepper
Method:
- Season salmon with salt, pepper & lemon zest
- Pan-sear in olive oil, 4 mins each side
- Garnish with fresh dill
- Top with Sticky Balsamic Pearls
