Jewels in the crown is how I refer to the balsamic pearls. We’ve used them over butter bean mash, drizzled over crispy skinned trout, on salads with a green tahini dressing and tonight we’re testing them over a homemade sorbet. Highly recommend as a staple in the pantry.
