We absolutely LOVE your Sticky Balsamic Pearls.... what a Treat! We serve them now on all our fish dishes, and on salads and even eggs! They are delicate and surprisingly intense in flavor. We've used the original and well as Lemon and Pomegranate! Sooooo Gooooood!

I wish the jars were triple the size!! Absolutely delicious! So versatile and elevates savoury/sweet dishes. And its a staple on my cheese boards! I also added a large tablespoon of the sticky balsamic 🍋 pearls on top of creamy vanilla ice cream! SO good. The possibilities are endless!

Loved them would have loved a little more zest
They are more sweet than tangy, aren't they. I tend to use these most with salads, eggs for breakfast, stewed rhubarb and with seafood as well.

Thanks so much for your review! We love the lemon pearls with fish. If you're after a more zesty flavour, perhaps the pomegranate pearls would be a good choice for you :)
Got this for a gift so can't review the product, but after I read other reviews I was leery - mine was received very wet and sticky as well. The glass and lid seal did not appear broken- so why was the jar (inside the bubble wrap) covered with sticky wetness?
That does not sound like fun! Unfortuantely sometimes with the bumps and scapes that are seen during delivery, the jars do get damaged, resulting in leakage. Please email us at office@stickybalsamic.com.au including photos and your order number and we can sort this out for you!
