Simply toast some bread (sourdough is our go-to) and whip up some ricotta. Spread some ricotta on the bread and top with the fruit that you have (figs, kiwi fruit, fresh currants, blueberries, blackberries, loganberries, raspberries, strawberries… the fruits you can use are endless!). And the best part - drizzle over some of your favourite Sticky Balsamic - soooo good! We love using Sticky Balsamic Pear, Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig and Sticky Balsamic Original for these snacks - but it is your choice!
Alternatively, swirl some chocolate spread like Nutella through the ricotta for a sweet kick which everyone will love.
