Ingredients:
⭐ Fresh rocket
⭐ Pears
⭐ Shaved Parmesan
⭐ Good quality Olive Oil
⭐ Sticky Balsamic Pear
Method:
⭐ Slice the pears
⭐ Add rocket
⭐ Add walnuts
⭐ Add shaved parmesan
⭐ Add salt & pepper to taste
⭐ Drizzle over olive oil
⭐ Drizzle over Sticky Balsamic Pear
⭐ Eat!
