Roasted Garlic Radishes with Sticky Balsamic Pearls

Ever roasted a radish? Everyone knows how to use raw radishes, and roasting them is next level amazing. The sweetness of radishes is brought out with roasting. Eat with chicken and grilled meats, or add to a salad as a delicious and interesting ingredient that everyone wlll love! 


  • 8 large or 16 small radishes, cleaned and halved (or quartered if they are large).
  • 1tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • Sea salt & freshly cracked pepper
  • Parsley
  • Sticky Balsamic Original Pearls


  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
  • Place cut radishes onto baking paper and drizzle over oil/melted butter, salt & pepper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and mix. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden-brown and easily poked with a fork.
  • Remove from oven and place ina bowl for serving. Garnish with Sticky Balsamic Original Pearls and serve. Delicious!
