Fancy a delicious and easy entree or snack? Well, if you love halloumi, you’re in for a treat! This simple and tasty recipe is by @omgheebyjerilee via instagram, and my goodness, what a talented recipe creator she is! Makes 4-6 serves.
Ingredients:
1 block Halloumi cut into shapes
1-2 beetroots cut into shapes
Olive oil
1 tsp Sticky Balsamic Premium Pomegranate Pearls
Method:

Heat a grilling pan & brush well with olive oil.

Place cut halloumi pieces & grill on both sides till char marks are visible.

Next add the cut beetroot pieces & roast well on both sides too.

Place a slice of the halloumi on a serving plate. Top with a beetroot slice.

Add the Sticky Balsamic Premium Pomegranate Pearls and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!

You can add a spicy chutney & onion relish as well if you'd like to load up on the toppings!
