Bruschetta with Sticky Balsamic Pearls

Bruschetta is so simple and delicious. The perfect snack.

The key to a good bruschetta is excellent quality ingredients, so make sure you visit your local fruit and vegetable shop to find the freshest and tastiest ingredients available.

INGREDIENTS:
Sliced sourdough bread, toasted (and drizzle with some Sticky Balsamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil before toasting if you want that extra-delicious flavour and colour)
Sticky Balsamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
Rocket
Feta, crumbled
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sticky Balsamic Original Pearls (or your favourite)

METHOD:
1. Toast the sourdough
2. Once toasted, add rocket, sliced tomato, feta and salt & pepper to taste
3. Top with some Sticky Balsamic Original Pearls.

Serve this as an incredible tasting entree, snack or a side at lunch or dinner.

You could also mix it up and try spreading some ricotta and placing some sliced fruit (like figs, or even raspberries!) with Sticky Balsamic Pearls. Your friends and family will be super-impressed with your culinary skills.
