Fancy an easy and delicious breakfast that you can have every day? It's just so flexible too - you can include whatever fruit and yoghurt that you have in the house! Enjoy! We used Sticky Balsamic Premium Pomegranate Pearls, but any of them would be amazing with this!
INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup chia (we used black chia)

1 cup milk

1-2 tsp honey (add 2 tsp if you want it sweeter)

Fruit (we used frozen raspberries)

Yoghurt (we used one with a fruit swirl)

Mint (for garnish)
METHOD:

Mix the chia, milk and honey well and place in refrigerator overnight

In the morning, layer yoghurt, chia mix and fruit on top
-
Eat!
You could also add some pepitas, dried fruits, sunflower seeds, oats… pretty much anything you like!
