This tart is a savoury sensation! Try it for your next dinner party. Delicious, impressive and looks fantastic! This is inspired by @_jos_kitchen via Insta.
Makes: 1 per two people
INGREDIENTS:
Puff Pastry sheet, cut in 2, mark with a knife on all sides approx 1.5cm in from the edge
Sticky Balsamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & pepper
Onion, sliced
Sticky Balsamic Original
Rocket
Sticky Balsamic Pearls (we used Premium Truffle but any would be great!)
Grated Parmesan cheese
METHOD:
1. Put puff pastry sheet on baking paper in a baking tray
2. Brush the puff pastry with Sticky Balsamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3. Place sliced onion on the puff pastry, inside the knife marks
4. Brush Sticky Balsamic Original (or your favourite) on the onion
5. Add some salt & pepper
6. Cook in the oven to your liking according to the puff pastry instructions
7. Once cooked, remove from oven, add rocket, parmesan and Sticky Balsamic Pearls.
