Porridge is totally under-rated in our books. Oats are so good for you - pair this with fruit and a delicious garnish and you have a breakfast fit for a royal!
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rolled oats

1.5 cups milk

Salt
-
Stewed rhubarb
-
10 rhubarb sticks, washed and chopped

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp water

Sticky Balsamic Lemon Pearls (we also love this with Original, Pomegranate and Fig. If you don't have pearls, try it with Sticky Balsamic bottles - so delicious!).
METHOD:

Start stewing the rhubarb. Wash and chop the rhubarb, put it in a pan with the water and sugar and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes to your liking.

While the rhubarb is stewing, put oats, milk and a pinch of salt in another pot and cook to your liking.

Once rhubarb and the porridge are ready, plate up and place some Sticky Balsamic Pearls on top! Delicious!
