Ingredients

  • 12 mini blinis (store-bought or homemade)
  • 60g (2 oz) crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 100g (3.5 oz) smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sticky Balsamic Lemon Pearls (approx. 15 pearls)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange blinis on a serving platter.
  2. Top each with a dollop of crème fraîche.
  3. Fold or curl smoked salmon and place on top.
  4. Add 2–3 Sticky Balsamic Lemon Pearls to each blini.
  5. Sprinkle with dill, lemon zest, and a crack of pepper.
  6. Serve immediately and watch them disappear!
