Ingredients
- 12 mini blinis (store-bought or homemade)
- 60g (2 oz) crème fraîche or sour cream
- 100g (3.5 oz) smoked salmon, sliced
- 1 tbsp Sticky Balsamic Lemon Pearls (approx. 15 pearls)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Arrange blinis on a serving platter.
