Ingredients

  • 15 ml (½ oz) Sticky Balsamic Lemon
  • 60 ml (2 oz) cloudy apple juice
  • 100 ml (3.4 oz) soda water
  • 4–6 fresh basil leaves, (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2–3 lemon slices
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a sturdy glass, gently muddle basil leaves with Sticky Balsamic Lemon to release the aroma.
  2. Add lemon slices and fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the cloudy apple juice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with extra basil leaves and a lemon slice.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
