Ingredients

  • 200g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100g (3.5 oz) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more to serve)
  • 2 tbsp Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives), to garnish
  • Crackers or veggie sticks, to serve

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, and garlic until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes). Scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Add Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig and pulse a few times to create swirls—don’t overmix, you want visible ribbons of balsamic.
  3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with extra olive oil and Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig.
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and black pepper.
  5. Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.

Tips

  • Make ahead: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir gently before serving.
  • For a lighter dip, use low-fat yogurt.
