Ingredients
- 200g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 100g (3.5 oz) Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more to serve)
- 2 tbsp Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives), to garnish
- Crackers or veggie sticks, to serve
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, and garlic until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes). Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig and pulse a few times to create swirls—don’t overmix, you want visible ribbons of balsamic.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with extra olive oil and Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig.
- Finish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and black pepper.
- Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
