Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Place flatbread on a baking tray and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake 5–7 minutes until crisp.

  3. Spread whipped ricotta evenly over the warm flatbread.

  4. Layer with prosciutto slices and fresh fig slices.

  5. Scatter rocket over the top.

  6. Drizzle generously with Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig Vinegar.

  7. Sprinkle Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig Pearls for a burst of flavour and visual wow.
