Ingredients

1 large flatbread or pizza base

1 cup ricotta cheese (whipped)

4–6 slices prosciutto

2–3 fresh figs, sliced

1 cup rocket (arugula)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste
Method

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place flatbread on a baking tray and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake 5–7 minutes until crisp.

Spread whipped ricotta evenly over the warm flatbread.

Layer with prosciutto slices and fresh fig slices.

Scatter rocket over the top.

Drizzle generously with Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig Vinegar.
