How do you make this?

Choose Brussel Sprouts that have a firm texture (smaller ones are sweeter).

Trim the sprouts, and halve large ones.

Slice some garlic (optional).

Place brussel sprouts and garlic in an oven tray with some space between each other (more space = crispy sprouts, less space means they steam more and are less crispy).

Drizzle some olive oil over the brussel sprouts and garlic, and add some freshly ground salt and pepper.

Roast in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 180 - 200 celsius.

After roasting, shave some parmesan over the sprouts and add your favourite Sticky Balsamic variety - we love Sticky Balsamic Premium Truffle, Sticky Balsamic Premium Fig, or Sticky Balsamic Apple with this. Serve and enjoy - you won't believe how good these taste!
