Swordfish with Sticky Balsamic

Ingredients

  • 200 grams swordfish, dry on both sides with paper towel

  • frizze lettuce, washed and roughly cut

  • olive oil

  • salt flakes

  • freshly ground salt

  • freshly ground pepper

  • Sticky Balsamic

Directions

  1. Select fresh frizze lettuce, wash it, and roughly cut the leaves. Toss with olive oil and salt flakes.

  2. Choose good quality swordfish, about 200 grams per person. Dry the swordfish on both sides with paper towel.

  3. Super-heat a pan with good quality olive oil. Season the fish with freshly ground salt and pepper.

  4. Place the swordfish in the pan and sear on each side until just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side depending on thickness.

  5. Place the fish and frizze on a plate and serve with your favorite Sticky Balsamic.
