⭐ Optional: fresh lychees, chilli slices, coriander for garnish

In a small bowl, whisk together Sticky Balsamic Lychee, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium‑high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden on both sides.

Reduce heat to medium. Pour the lychee balsamic glaze over the chicken and cook, turning occasionally, until sticky and caramelised.
