1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)

100 g cooked chicken breast, shredded (3.5 oz)

80 g brie, sliced (2.8 oz)

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1 small handful baby spinach

2 tbsp Sticky Balsamic Premium Raspberry (30 mL / 1 fl oz)

Cracked black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).

Place pizza base on a tray. Layer with chicken, brie, red onion, and spinach.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Drizzle generously with Sticky Balsamic Premium Raspberry and finish with cracked black pepper.

Slice and serve warm!
