Ingredients (makes 1 large pizza)
1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup pizza sauce (or passata)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella, grated
Olive oil, for drizzling
4–6 slices prosciutto
1–2 big handfuls rocket (arugula)
80–120 g goat’s cheese, crumbled
Optional: shaved parmesan, cracked black pepper, chilli flakes
Method
- Heat oven: Preheat oven to very hot (240°C if possible) with a pizza stone/steel or an upside-down tray heating inside.
- Build base: Spread sauce over the base, leaving a border. Top with mozzarella and a light drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake: Bake 8–12 minutes (depending on your oven/base) until the crust is blistered and the cheese is bubbling.
- Top after baking: Add prosciutto ribbons, rocket and crumbled goat’s cheese (plus parmesan/pepper/chilli if using).
- Finish right before serving: Scatter Original Balsamic Pearls over the top.
Serving tip
