Savoury Oat Porridge with Sticky Balsamic Premium Quince Pearls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (90g) rolled oats

  • 2 cups (480ml) water or milk of choice

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup (60g) crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup (30g) roasted mixed nuts, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Sticky Balsamic Premium Quince Pearls

  • Fresh herbs (parsley or chives), to serve

  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine oats, water (or milk), and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until creamy (about 8–10 minutes).

  2. Divide porridge between two bowls. Top each with crumbled feta, roasted nuts, and a generous spoonful of Sticky Balsamic Premium Quince Pearls.

  3. Garnish with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
