Ingredients

1 cup (90g) rolled oats

2 cups (480ml) water or milk of choice

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup (60g) crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup (30g) roasted mixed nuts, chopped

Fresh herbs (parsley or chives), to serve

Black pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine oats, water (or milk), and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until creamy (about 8–10 minutes).

Divide porridge between two bowls. Top each with crumbled feta, roasted nuts, and a generous spoonful of Sticky Balsamic Premium Quince Pearls.

Garnish with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
