Yes - cheesy eggs is a thing! And you’ll wonder why you’ve never made them before! Try this incredible piece of deliciousness and you’ll never look back. Perfect to eat for lunch, breakfast or even a sneaky dinner.

Heat a pan with some olive oil and put in two eggs, add a little salt and pepper, and also grate some of your favourite cheese on top. While cooking, place some sourdough bread and spinach leaves on a plate. Turn the eggs when cooked to your liking, and this will melt the cheese. When you are happy the yolk is how you like it, remove, place on the plate, and drizzle with Sticky Balsamic (we love Sticky Balsamic Original, Sticky Balsamic Pear or even Sticky Balsamic Premium Truffle on this).
