INGREDIENTS:

6 stems Asparagus per person

1/2 cup baby peas
6 Scallops per person
Sesame Seeds
Salt & Pepper
1 Slice of lemon per person
Sticky Balsamic Lemon, Original, Premium Raspberry, or Premium Pomegranate

METHOD:

Remove the roe from the scallops, place on paper towel and dry both sides.

Season the top side of the scallop with a little salt and pepper. Put the scallops on a hot pan with a little olive oil. Cook for 30 seconds each side, remove and rest.

At the same time, drop the asparagus in boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes along with the peas, then remove and place into iced water. Remove once cooled and place on a plate.

Place cooked scallops on top, drizzle some Sticky Balsamic over, and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.

Garnish with a slice of lemon, and enjoy!
